All our products are handmade, so orders are usually shipped within 4–5 working days after confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 working days, depending on your location.

7. Are these products handmade?
Yes! Every Pomafino product is handcrafted with care, making each piece slightly unique.

8. Do you accept returns or replacements?
Returns or replacements are accepted only if a clear, uncut unboxing video is provided. This video is mandatory to be eligible for any return or replacement request.

9. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please record a clear and continuous unboxing video. If there is any issue, contact us with the video proof and we’ll assist you accordingly.

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Since all products are handmade and made to order, cancellations may not be possible once the order is processed.
