Refund policy
At Pomafino, each product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before shipping.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. The video should show the sealed package being opened and the product clearly visible.
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at pomafino.store@gmail.com, along with the unboxing video and relevant photos.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
